Call for Papers Announcement

We are pleased to announce the 17th Annual Optical Society of America
Vision Meeting, scheduled to take place at the American University, October 13-15th, 2017.

Abstract submission deadline is July 17th, 2017.

Since 2001, the OSA Fall Vision Meeting has grown as a high-quality, low-cost conference focused on all aspects of the visual system. This year, we will host the meeting for the first time in the Nation's capital.

This year's meeting includes several invited sessions, two contributed talk sessions, and a variety of contributed poster presentations.

We are excited to present two special events this year: Ken Nakayama, the recipient of the OSA Edgar Tillyer Award wil deliver a speech on Saturday; David Brainard will give the annual Boyton lecture on Friday.

Abstracts will be limited by 250 words and will be published in Journal of Vision.

On a separate line in their abstract.

You can indicate whether you prefer a poster or talk in the abstract submission box by writing "talk preferred" or "Poster preferred". But due to limited number of talks, it is not promised that you will be given your choice.

Participants may submit abstracts online at http://www.osavisionmeeting.org/2017/conf/submit.php.

Presentations can include:

• Abstract (abstract max of 250 words)
